Bliss - Destination Bliss Review 2K12

Firstly I would like to thank Trinidad and Tobago Carnival Costume Photos for the pics. Sorry for the late review but atleast we did it.

To start off we have:

 Bali

Beautiful costume. Not a fan of the feathers they look a bit dull but not a problem. Love the beading trailing down both bra and belt perfect I say! And the added feather bum bum wings is cute, though the headpiece isnt much to talk about the costume is so beautiful it really doesnt matter.

Bora Bora

Beautiful colour choice on the headpiece but it looks like rags! And whatever they tried to do with beading at the front did not help it really looks like the art work of a three year old and a glue gun. I admire the use of fabric instead of the other usual material but I hate the colour it's not bright enough to my taste and it's missing something. The beading also urks me, looks nice though but ugh so mediocre.

Capri

Love (x3) this costume! Has a modern/retro spin to it that I adore the ruffles and slight beading just make the costume pop and the headpiece/backpack that looks like a large crazy hat! Love it! Even the blue tips at the end  it gives the costume something extra and much needed I love it!

Kuala Lumpur

Love Love the backpack! the side sweep is really beautiful! The mix of gold and green is a nice usual blend and the detail seems a bit simple and ordinary. The beading on the belt hanging from the belt is nice though as well as the neck piece a bit unusual in a good way!

Monaco

Orange and pink......EPIC! Blend and shine at the same time. Detaillllllll with that bra love the shredded effect that goes to the back and glamorizes the belly in the front. A bit long though can't really tell what's going on with the lower area bt it looks like there's just a panty but the bra strings were carried out to the back so I can't complain. Overall it's a lovely costume and with so long a shreddy thing a belt may have been to much. Don't really care for those arm things but i dig the headpiece!

Tahiti

Nehked!!!!!! Such a eye opener! Love the bra beading though its naked its not just naked it looks like thought was put into it. The hanging beads are also exceptional and really bring out the look of the bra. The belt is nice but a bit too chunky and the back pack is okay but loving the different colours being used.
Thailand

Sadly not a fan of this costume. Seems quite mediocre. The colour combination is nice but safe and the beading is simple but not effective its just simple. The bra looks nice but then again with the right colour choice and beads anything can look nice. The one layer draping of the beads on the bra is lazy and a turn off. I will say the belt has a nice little detail thing goin on that they incorporated nicely with the arm and foot pieces but I don't think the costume itself is much to talk about. The backpack on the other hand is GORGEOUS! That orange really bring out the look of the simple costume.

Waikiki

Before I even  get to the costume. LOVE THOSE EARRINGS! Its a great idea and quite different from the usual jewellery given to masqueraders; can be worn on the road and off! Love it! Not a fan of the bra decoration but I do appreciate that it was actually decorated instead of just bedazzled; like the belt even though the tie string reminds my of curtain ties but its creative.
