Yuma Vibe - Press Play Review 2K12

YUMA Vibe launched last night and let me just say its sort of hard not to be bias when it comes to YUMA and Carnival Rehab. We all played with YUMA this year and were treated beyond what we paid for. When Ash Wednesday hit and we all sat remenicising about our time on the road we all agreed that that we indeed got more than our moneys worth and maybe in fact we needed to pay YUMA back some cash lol. But however my intention whilst doing this review is to be as unbias as possible and for YUMA's 2nd presentation, they impressed us and cleared all thoughts of switching. Spawn
Loving the male, so creative. so modern and far from just choosing your favourite colour shorts. The costume is very masculine and females might choose this section for the males instead of the norm of the guys following the females. The backline has a tiara and headpiece option which I thought of so considerate because not every masquerader love the large and flamboyant headpiece. However the colours reminds me of pele. Cute headpiece also and love the shape. Frontline is wicked. The tiara clash with headpiece and backpack is WOW and innovative. Bra  was well designed and also the belt.

Nariko/ Heavenly Sword

Seeing that they brought back male capri pants. Different and masculine. Not one of the strongest male from the presentation but definitely a best male costume regarding what has been put forth for the season so far. Frontline backpack design is wicked, not even sure if its asymmetric. Lots of bling was used. The premium frontline. The premium frontline now is just so pleasing on the eyes and has alot of visual appeal but only me getting a Mayan Eagle feel? Backline looks skimpy and a little plane. Wish the bra was actually decorated. Wings are gawjusss and wen the sun hit that bra there would be sparkly galore. one colour and  two different tones without clashing = creative.

Call of Duty (COD)

Loving the backline hat instead of headpiece. Backline looks so strong but feminine at the same time. The male is wooo. Really love it.males have gotten something to finally be satisfied with that is manly and strong. The monokini army designed is one of the best monokinis I have seen to date. This blew me away and to think i couldn't have been blown away even more, did you see that back of that monokini? The wings are so different, expecting this section to sell out like hot buns.

Aztec

Not  really feelin dis male but the male actually got a headpiece. Hold Up!! Wait!!  IS THE MALE NEHKEED??  Bacanal on the road, Carnival 2k12 isn't for the ladies no more. Loving the the decoration of the backline and the headpiece is well crafted. Finally another band that see backlines needing something worth their money.  Fl is wooo, wicked. so different. Love how their is coverage of the Fl for those who think they need it. wings. The backpacks are feather overload and the bra designs are all so unique but the second one stands out the most.

Golden Eye

Very vegas showgirl-ish. Lots of movements for the winery and real sparkle from the sun. Male is pretty basic, nothing bad but nothing special.

Apache

Male costume is large. Although the headpiece is large it looks like males would really like using this. How can a pink costume look so feminine? Combination of red and pink. The war bonnet headpiece done great. It looks feminine, soft and pretty even though its a war bonnet. The premium frontline has no bikini top. Nehkeedness and bacanal on the road. Backline bra is so decorated  that some bands frontline looks backline material compared to this backline.

Angry Birds

WOW. Nehked buh decorated to the max. That thong bottom is beautiful but no cottage cheese plz. Male costume is amazing. One of the best males out there. The individual is different. The upside down wing is a nice twist and the corset is so seductive looking.

Final Fantasy

Love dis male costume. Getting the final fantasy theme from it. Fellas get their dreams from this costume. That backline was glittering from soooo far in the launch last night. The no feather headpiece is different and used so well but I can't help but think of spice sha jaan if i'm not mistaken. The style of the bra is cute. The wings look heavenly. This is maybe the most blinged out section.Loving the tiara option. Frontline premium wings would cause tooo much bacanal on the road, lots of movement with this. Did you see the leg pieces? All your legs sparkling.

Tyris

Not feeling the male of this section. Someone with a lighter complexion like in the teaser would look better but still the costume is generic compared to the other males out there. However the backline is wellll fricken designed and decorated. The salmon pink is so friendly and makes you feel playful and joyous. Headpiece looks so more than backline worthy. That cage bra on the frontline is wickedddd. This costume is one of the top picks but the belt makes it lose some points.

Transformers

One of the weakest sections in the bunch but far from terrible. Like the idea of using Optimus prime colours. The male is another strong male costume. Love the styling of the wings how its arched to the back instead of on top, might prevent fellas from takin eeen a wine. The bra and the belt looks like it could do with some more beading because it looks a little too scarce.

Luxor

Welll fricken decorated. the belt is just astounding. The fringe monokini is awesome. The colours are ridiculously awesome. The belt is really different on the Frontline. The monokini have alot of options to be worn and i love the placement of the belt in the second option. The male looks like just a bit too much.

God of War
Loveee this male costume. Really is warrior-ish and which guy don't want to be a warrior. This burgandy and red is screaming Carnival Rehab's name. The back line is cute. Noticed the difference in the bra strap? Really cool and gives a Xena feel. the different options of the monokini is so ingenius.

Bejewelled Blitz

Lots of sparkle in this section. Male is very well made for a male masquerader and another top contender. Love d silver and bling and the colourful feathers, loving the accents. The male individual is one of the best I've seen. The different level side pieces. The female individual was only holding her headpiece which could be worrying and that skirt ting preventing winery.

Overall, YUMA masqueraders have alot of options to choose from and things might change where the ladies go where the men go because the costumes HOT. Wish them all the best!! LEGGO!!!!
